Change Management delivery

Often project and transformation teams don’t have the change management or communications resources they need to deliver project-facing, sponsor-facing, leader-facing and employee-facing artefacts to the standard they need.

We can help you build and polish your change management deliverables, including:

  • Measuring change effectiveness post-delivery.

Operational continuous improvement – capability, process and systems.

Scaling your team’s capability, business processes and systems to maximise productivity can be tricky. We can help you to identify your operational problem areas, design solutions that meet your needs and bring your team along on the journey so they’ve got the right knowledge, skills and mindset to usher in changes effectively.

Let’s get you some brilliant basics

  • A document template library that balances showing off your branding with simplicity and functionality, ensuring your team stick to your style guide when building in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (or their Google / iOS counterparts). It’s important to get specific when building your template library – it’s not just about one template for each document type. Any repeatable deliverables should start with a great, fit-for-purpose template.
  • Best practice document sharing and collaboration. Whether you’re storing documents using Microsoft OneDrive / SharePoint, Dropbox, Google Drive or something else, you need to make sure your files are backed up to the Cloud, your team are following the same filing and filename conventions, and there’s a seamless collaboration experience when you’re working on documents with other team members. We can help you to improve what you’ve already got in place, or recommend better services that meet your need. We can also work with your team members to ensure they have the capability to manage any new processes and systems once they’re setup.
  • Basic process automation – Is information flowing easily through your business? Often collecting information from clients or team members can involve double handling and managing unwieldy spreadsheets. Using simple forms, email templates and Intranet or database tools you may already have as part of your Microsoft or Google subscription, we can help you to design efficient processes that get information from the source to their destination with less manual intervention.
  • Clear responsibility and accountability. Good process design involves firming up who is responsible, accountable, consulted and informed at each step. Every process also needs an overall owner to manage any required changes as the needs of the business evolve.
  • A policy and procedure library that keeps everyone on the same page. Policies and procedures don’t need to be long and detailed – at minimum they need to cover the basics, be reviewed by the accountable team member on a regular basis and be the go-to source of truth for everyone involved in your business.
